Chuck W.

Chuck, founder and president of BetterContinuity, Inc., is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) with over 13 years in the business continuity/disaster recovery industry. Chuck has managed and personally implemented every aspect of recovery planning. His experience has covered many companies spanning many industries. Throughout his experience he has work with all the industry leading vendors and can provide valuable insight into which vendors work best in which situations and which situations work best to internalize. He has been a featured speaker at many of the industry’s conferences and facilitated the conference’s simulated exercises. He has been quoted in many magazine’s including; Contingency Planning and Management (“How to Develop Innovative Recovery Strategies and Build Enterprise-wide Support”), eWeek (“How to stay Afloat, Disaster Shows Need to Plan for Backup Workspace’), and Computer World (“Risk Management”), and has been a guest speaker for college MBA students.

Jeffrey K.

Jeff leads our training and video development group. Jeff has been involved with education/training and Internet technologies for more than 14 years in numerous capacities. Jeff served at an internationally recognized New Media development firm based in Minneapolis, MN as Executive Producer, Project Manager, Systems Designer, Technical Documentation Specialist, and New Media Development Process Analyst. Jeff recently served as Executive Analyst for Web-based training projects for Dell, Inc., US Bank, Carlson Companies, and Northwest Airlines. As an Executive Producer and New Media analyst, Jeff excels with determining project requirements and specifications accompanied by the development and refinement of effective learning objectives.

Mary S.

Mary leads our software development group. Her expertise is in the areas of e-commerce, data and database management, business development, applications of information infrastructure, e-commerce technologies, business integration and middleware, and application development. Mary has earned an MBA, plus a BS in Electrical Engineering. In her spare time she has been a teaching professor at a local college for over 5 years. She has strong project management, and development and deployment of software on a variety of platforms and architectures, in addition to web architectures and strategies for web-enabling businesses.

David S.

David leads our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery subject matter experts. David is a highly-experienced professional who successfully leads business and technology initiatives. David is a CBCP with over 10 years experience in the business continuity / disaster recovery industry. He blends a thorough understanding of methodologies with project management. He ensures strategic alignment of information resources and business priorities. With exceptional inter-personnel skills he has facilitated many recovery exercises and lead several enterprise-wide projects. His experience has provided exposure to many industries and many industry leading companies.
